We strongly recommend on-line registration, which will be available at the website,
http://www.kdys.or.kr/abstract/ until the registration deadline.

Only case (JPY or KRW) is accepted at the conference site.
The registration is not complete until you have paid your registration fee and the confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail.

* Dinner: Official dinner will be the highlight of the social program.

• - Fee for regular rates includes participation in all scientific sessions of the 4^th Korea-Japan Dysphagia Joint Symposium 2019, printed materials of the conference, coffee break, and dinner banquet.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail at kdys@kdys.or.kr or phone to +82-2-2072-0836. All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons. All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
